1-CHICKEN WRAP

INGREDIENTS
・Chicken Breast
・Tortilla
・Lettuce
・Tomatoes
・Hot Sauce/Mayo (optional for taste)
METHOD
Saute the chicken breast until fully cooked.Cut it into small pieces.Slice lettuce & tomatoes into strands.In a small bowl whisk altogether with hot sauce or mayo for more taste.Heat tortillas in a skillet or bake it.Layout tortilla and top remaining ingredients.ENJOY!!!

2-SCRAMBLED EGGS AND TOAST

INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs
Whole wheat bread
Olive oil
Salt, Pepper
METHOD
Put the bread in a toaster.Whisk the eggs together in a bowl add salt, pepper to taste.Add 1 small spoon olive oil in a pan.Add the whisked egg in pan and keep moving until it's cooked.Place the eggs on the bread.ENJOY!!!

3-PROATS
Oatmeal is the best choice.Oats provides great source of fibre and carbs and will supply energy throughout the day.Whey is a complete protein with all the amino acids to help support muscle recovery.They contain carbs, proteins,fats,and the dietry fibres.
INGREDIENTS
・1 1/2 cup Water
・1 scoop Whey Protein
・1 1/2 cup Oats
・1 cup Berries
・4,5 Almonds
・1 Spoon Honey
METHOD
Add oats in water cook for 5 minutes.Remove oats from the heat then add protein powder.
Add berries,sliced almonds,honey.Mix altogether.ENJOY!!!
